| Processing information | Add the hardener in a slow stream while stirring. Then adjust the spray viscosity as necessary by adding water or HYDRO Optimizer HZ 70. Maximum added quantity 5 %. The hardener must always be added before dilution! The flow time should not be less than 40 s / DIN 4 mm after hardening and thinning. Never store any material mixed with hardener in closed packaging. Use water to clean work tools. Use Hesse HYDRO Cleaning agent HV 6917 to remove any dried lacquer residues. Rinse out combined application devices (HYDRO and solvent lacquers) using Hesse HYDRO Reversing agent HV 6904. |
| Special notes | PERFECT-SOFT-COLOR HDB 54650-(colour tone) in combination with PERFECT-FILL HDP 5650-9343 or -9005 and/or COOL-FILL HP 6645-9343 or -9005 and/or PERFECT-COLOR HDB 54345-(colour tone) should exclusively be applied onto substrates capable of being lacquered.PERFECT-SOFT-COLOR meets the requirements of DIN 68861 1b with the exception of pure white and pastel colour tones. Its scope of application depends on the colour tone. Pure white and pastel colour tones meet the requirements except for a few colouring test media.Cleaning and care instructions: please only use soft, damp cloths made from the likes of microfibre or gauze. To achieve a grease-dissolving and/or cleaning effect we recommend Hesse Cleaning agents PROTECT-CLEANER PR 90 or INTENSIV-CLEANER PR 91. Apply both CLEANERS moistly in the specified mixing ratio with water and use light pressure to clean the soiled surface. Then fully remove any excess. Cleaning agents that were applied too wet and not fully removed can result in blotching. Please follow the Technical Information relating to products PR 90 and PR 91. Please immediately remove liquids that stain, such as red wine, coffee, tea, mustard, etc. to prevent permanent discoloration. |
