
MULTI-PU DE 4532x(gloss level)-0004
DE 4532x(gloss level)-0004 is a light fast and well-bodied, transparent multi-coat lacquer. This product has high mechanical resistance and can therefore be used both for priming and as a top coat on all customary woods. It can also be applied on bleached surfaces . The product can also be employed for application using the roller / brush technique (thinned also as an edge sealer on MDF).

Areas of application
DE 4532x(gloss level)-0004 can be used as a multi-coat lacquer for shopfitting and all interior fittings, including in kitchens and bathrooms as well as the fitting out of ship interiors.

Special notes | Our dull matt formulation DE 45320-0004 is not to be used as a multicoat lacquer, but only as a single coating on top of matching base coats or on the next higher gloss level in the DE 4532x(gloss level)-0004 series!When being used as a flame-retardant coating agent for seagoing vessels as per SOLAS 74 Reg. II-2/3, II-2/5, II-2/6 and X/3, as amended, IMO Resolution MSC.36(63)-(1994 HSC-Code) 7, IMO Resolution MSC.97(73)-(2000 HSC-Code) 7, IMO MSC/Circ. 1120, this product may only be combined with other approved and technically suitable products.. For use as MDF edge isolation underneath coloured coating systems, prepare the mixture with 20 - 30% Thinner DV 4900 and apply an additional coat on the same day following prior sanding using 320 grit. This product can be used as a top coat on coloured polyurethane lacquers to improve metal marking resistance. “A risk assessment was undertaken according to Directive 2014/90/EU, Annex II, Section 3. This coating does not pose a physical risk to health nor a risk to the environment when cured and dried.” |
