Two-component PU acrylic resin lacquer, clear, quick-drying, high-build and thixotropic formula. A multicoat lacquer for base and top coats for open-pore and closed-pore coatings. Free from phthalate softeners and therefore also suitable for coating children's toys.

Processing information	One to three-coat application at 80 - 120 g/m² on suitable substrates. The maximum total application amount is 300 g/m².
Special notes	Depending on the desired surface and base material, pre-priming can be carried out, e.g. with DG 4720-0001, DG 4717-0005 and DG 4741-0004.Hardening at 5 : 1 with PU Hardener DR 4070 increases the abrasion resistance and enables use on bleached surfaces. total layer thickness is then increased to a maximum of 400 g/m².

Profiled cupboard doors, in natural/matt cherry

Wood -sanding: 150 - 180 grit

Primer: 2 x 80 - 100 g/m² Hesse PU Coating lacquer DE 42152, mixing ratio (by volume) 10 : 1 with PU Hardener DR 4070.

Intermediate drying at least 2 - 3 h at 20 °C

Top coat: 1 x 80 - 100 g/m² Hesse PU Multicoat lacquer DE 42152, mixing ratio (by volume) 10 : 1 with PU Hardener DR 4070,

Top coat: 1 x 80 - 100 g/m² Hesse DE 42152 PU Multicoat lacquer with added DR 4070 PU hardener at a mixing ratio of 10 : 1 (by volume). Packable: after drying for at least 16 h / 20 °C.
