
UV adhesive primer UG 7027 clear
Primer UG 7027 is suitable as an adhesion promoter for a surface process for materials that are difficult to coat and creates a good compound between the substrate and the subsequent layers of paint. A wide variety of substrates can be used, such as melamine foils or various plastic surfaces such as PET or PVC. The product is used for furniture, internal doors and interior flooring production.

Processing information | When cleaning the work tools with the specified VOC-free cleaner, any remaining film can be removed with the solvent-based cleaner. Cleaners must not be mixed with paints. |
Special notes | Clean lamps and reflectors regularly with a soft, lint-free cloth and UV 7111. Only touch lamps with cotton gloves. Observe the operating hours of the lamps and replace lamps as recommended by the manufacturer. Always protect opened packaging from light (cover) and close well after use. Intermediate sanding and checking of the bond in the complete coating is always necessary. Please carry out a test application under practical conditions! |
