PU Multicoat lacquer DE 4262x(gloss level)

Two-component PU acrylic resin lacquer, light-fast, high-build, can be mechanically sanded and formulated with light protection. A multicoat lacquer for base and top coats with very good hold on vertical surfaces. Thisproduct can be used on bleached wood. This PU multicoat lacquer is free from phthalate plasticisers and suitable as a coating for children's toys.

Processing information	The product can as necessary be mixed at a mixing ratio (by volume) of 5 : 1 with DR 4070 and at a mixing ratio (by volume) of 10 : 1 with DR 4071 to optimise its chemical and mechanical resistance.
Special notes	Pre-priming is possible depending on the desired finish and substrate using, for example, Hesse Primers DG 4720-0001, DG 4741-0001, DG 4734, DG 4717-0004, DG 4768-0004 and DG 4768-0009. The PU multicoat lacquer is suitable for top coating of Hesse UNA-COLOR and thus provides an excellent ring strength.

Procedure example

The coating process and the precise treatment parameters are adapted in each case to the respective application and drying conditions and can be found in the customer-specific process descriptions (surface techniques).
