PU Multicoat Lacquer DE 4500x(gloss level)

Our light fast Hesse PU multicoat lacquer range DE 4500x (gloss level) is a clear, two-component PU lacquer on an acrylic-resin bas with very good resistance to chemical and mechanical stresses and particularly good bonding on critical substrates. This multicoat lacquer is suitable as a primer and as a top coat for open-pore structures. The product can be used on bleached woods. Hesse PU multicoat lacquer DE 4500x(gloss level) is free from phthalate softeners and thus also suitable for coating children's toys.

Processing information	The product can as necessary be mixed at a mixing ratio (by volume) of 5 : 1 with DR 4070 and at a mixing ratio (by volume) of 10 : 1 with DR 4071 to optimise its chemical and mechanical resistance.
Special notes	The product is also suitable for top coating PU coloured lacquers and provides improved protection against ring stains. Use the dull matt formulation of Hesse PU Multicoat lacquer DE 45000 as a single coating, rather than as a multicoat lacquer!

The coating process and the precise treatment parameters are adapted in each case to the respective application and drying conditions and can be found in the customer-specific process descriptions (surface techniques).
