Management remains in the family
After an impressive 39 years in management, Hans Hesse will be stepping down from his active role on 31 December 2025. During this time, he has successfully managed the family business together with his fellow managing directors and guided it safely through some challenging phases.
Hans Hesse will remain associated with us as a co-partner – a strong sign of continuity and trust.
From 1 January 2026, Hanna Hesse will take over as Co-CEO in the fourth generation, together with Jens Hesse, and will be responsible for the areas of supply chain and administration. In doing so, she will continue the family tradition and at the same time provide new impetus for the future of our company.
We would like to thank Hans Hesse for his decades of service and look forward to continuing to develop together with the new management team.
