COOLPRO-COLOR pearl structure is versatile and can be used in the complete field of interior fittings, including high-traffic areas such as kitchens and bathrooms. A high-quality surface is achieved on filled surfaces (e.g. COOL-FILL HP 6645-9343 or PERFECT-FILL HDP 5650-9343). Thanks to its convincing opacity and strong adhesion, COOLPRO-COLOR Perlstruktur samtfein enables direct coating on many priming foils.

| Processing information | The maximum processing time for COOLPRO-COLOR Perlstruktur is 2 hours at 20 °C. Exceeding this time can lead to damage to the material-carrying lines and the spray gun.Add the hardener in a fine stream while stirring. Then adjust the spray viscosity by adding water or HYDRO Optimizer HZ 70. Maximum addition rate 5 %. Hardener must always be added before thinning! Do not store material mixed with hardener in closed packaging. Clean work tools with water. Use Hesse HYDRO Cleaner HV 6917 to remove dried lacquer residues. For combined work (water-based and solvent-based lacquers), rinse the application equipment with Hesse HYDRO Rewetting agent HV 6904. |
| Special notes | Depending on the desired surface and substrate, pre-priming is possible, e.g. with: COOL-FILL HP 6645-9343 / HP 6645-9005, PERFECT-FILL HDP 5650-9343 / HDP 5650-9005COOLPRO-COLOR pearl structure can also be painted directly on well sanded MDF edges (280 - 320 grain) if required. The processing company must select a suitable MDF quality for the Fields of application, see manufacturer's instructions for EU standard EN 622-5 point 4 test method EN 317 (Thickness swelling requirements).To avoid yellow discoloration with COOLPRO-COLOR pearl structure in light colour tones on wood species rich in ingredients such as Oak, the use of HYPERION TD 130 is recommended. Exotic woods or extremely resinous knotty pine must be primed in advance with the transparent PU Isolating Primer DG 4720-0001. If necessary, test coating is required.
