Processing information | Apply the HYDRO stain generously in one go using a cup gun (1.5-2 mm nozzle, approx. 2 bar spray pressure). After a short application time, remove the excess with a wide distribution brush, first across the grain and then along the grain. The stain picked up by the distribution brush must always be wiped off on a cloth. For large surfaces, it is advisable to work in pairs. To avoid color differences, it is essential to work evenly and use the same pre-sanding technique. It is also possible to apply the stain with a brush or sponge instead of spraying. |
Special notes | The colour tone and processing of Hesse stains are matched to the respective wood. Other application and wood types are available. All stains in the same range can be mixed with each other. They can be lightened by adding water and can be tinted using colour concentrates in the BP 30xx, BP 3570 range. Using HYDRO Lacquers as basecoats can result in discolouration on woods with a high proportion of water-soluble wood contents (such as oak). |
