Processing information | At a mixing ratio (by volume) 5 : 1 with PU Hardener DR 4071, then PU Multicoat lacquer DE 4503x(gloss level), with the addition of 30 % thinner, is suitable for applying lacquer to wenge. |
Special notes | The dull matt formulation of this PU Multicoat lacquer means it must not be used as a build-up lacquer, but rather only as a single coating on top of the next higher degree of gloss in the same range or on appropriate primers. For use as MDF edge sealant beneath coloured coating systems, prepare the mixture with 20 - 30 % DV 4900 thinner and apply an additional coat on the same day following prior sanding with grit 320. This product can be used as a top coat on PU coloured lacquers in order to create an improved ring stain resistance. |
