As part of our expansion, we are looking for a
Laboratory Technician – Color Matching (Paints & Stains)
to join our Dubai location
Key Responsibilities
- Match colors of paints and wood stains according to customer samples
- Perform color adjustments using color software
- Evaluate colors visually and ensure high accuracy
- Create and modify formulations based on test results
- Prepare lab samples for production and customer approval
- Document formulations, adjustments, and test results
- Work closely with production to ensure correct implementation
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the laboratory
Requirements
- Experience in color matching, paints, coatings, or similar field
- Good color perception (“good eye for color”)
- Ability to adjust formulations and solve color deviations
- Basic computer skills (color software, documentation)
- Attention to detail and structured working style
- English communication skills
