As part of our expansion, we are looking for a
Production Foreman
to join our Dubai location
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily production activities and team members
- Prepare and mix paints and coatings according to formulations
- Perform independent color corrections and adjustments using software-based systems
- Ensure product quality meets internal and customer requirements
- Troubleshoot and optimize production batches
- Guide and support production workers and helpers
- Maintain accurate production and batch documentation
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
Requirements
- Strong experience in paint / coatings / chemical production
- Ability to adjust formulations independently
- Leadership or supervisory experience in production
- Good technical and problem-solving skills
- Good English communication skills
