Spray Painter – Paints & Stains
to join our Dubai location
Key Responsibilities
- Apply paints, lacquers, stains, and wood coatings according to specifications
- Prepare surfaces by sanding, cleaning, masking, and priming
- Mix, match, and adjust paints, stains, and coating materials to achieve the required color and finish
- Correct color deviations and ensure coatings meet the target sample and customer specifications
- Operate spray guns and other painting equipment safely and efficiently
- Inspect finished surfaces and perform touch-ups when required
- Ensure consistent color, gloss, and coating quality standards
- Work closely with the laboratory to implement approved color formulations
- Maintain painting equipment, tools, and workplace cleanliness
- Comply with safety, environmental, and company regulations
Requirements
- Experience as a spray painter, lacquerer, wood finisher, or in a similar coatings-related role
- Knowledge of paints, lacquers, stains, and surface preparation techniques
- Experience in color matching and color adjustment is an advantage
- Good eye for color, detail, and quality
- Experience with spray painting equipment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, data entry, and documentation)
- Ability to work with color matching software and digital color management systems
- Comfortable using a PC for recording formulations, production data, and quality reports
- English communication skills
